In conjunction with the new format, location, season, and leadership of Bizarro Con, the Wonderlands will now become a juried award for the best in bizarro fiction. The community will crowdsource preliminary ballots, and the academy will make the final determinations. After 18 years of Bizarro Fiction gatherings in Portland, the genre has grown to encompass far more than ever before, and our celebration now reflects this.
